We offer COMPLIMENTARY PUPPY & KITTEN welcome checks (up to 12 weeks of age) with one of our vets because we believe positive early veterinary experiences help build lifelong confidence and trust.

This relaxed appointment gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your new family member, answer your questions, and plan the first few months together, including:

Vaccination schedules – whether your puppy or kitten has had no vaccinations, a partial course or is fully vaccinated, we'll tailor a plan to suit them. We'll discuss the benefits of vaccination, answer any questions about vaccine compatibility, and advise on the diseases we recommend protecting against in South West London.

Bespoke parasite plan – personalised advice and a tailored prevention schedule based on your pet's lifestyle and local parasite risks.

Nutrition, behaviour and general care in our area – practical guidance on feeding, training, socialisation, insurance, local pet services and everything your new companion needs for the very best start in life.
Not only is this appointment completely complimentary, but we also set aside up to 40 minutes with one of our vets. We know welcoming a new pet can be both exciting and overwhelming, so we believe you deserve the time, attention and reassurance to start that journey with confidence, not a rushed appointment.
